The activity of Molecular Botany division concerns:

1) Identification of molecular markers for the study of inter- and intra-specific variability in species of agronomic and forest interest

2) Study of the phylogenetic relationships among different species, by means of molecular markers

3) Study of the genome of species with low chromosome number        

Laboratories

The Molecular Botany laboratories are at II floor of DA.B.A.C., rooms 305 and 307.
