RICERCA
Her research work involves: detoxification of olive mill wastewater by treatment with enzymes and fungi; production of enzymes in submersed cultures using wastes of olive oil industry as substrate and, in solid culture using waste lignocellulosic products; treatment of solid waste with fungi; treatment of polluted soils with fungi; heavy metals contamination of soils, carbon cycle and sustainable organic fertilization. She is responsible for teaching: General and Organic Chemistry” (2005 - ) “Agricultural Bio-Chemistry” (2004-2005), “Analytical Chemistry” (2005-2007), “Analytical Agricultural Chemistry” (2006-) at the University of Tuscia, Viterbo (IT). In this context she has been developing communications and organisation skills.
