WHO ARE WE?
The Student Secretariat has dealt with the administrative management of students' careers from enrolment to graduation. It is the reference structure to contact for general information of an administrative nature, control and career changes, cup, certifications. The Secretariat also deals with the qualification exams.
For all information of a didactic nature (lesson times, reception of teachers, study plans, training offers, etc.) it is possible to contact the didactic secretariat of one's degree course. The summaries of the didactic secretariats are indicated on the web page of each Department.
HOW TO CONTACT US?
- sending an e-mail: for non-enrolled students, indicate name, surname and telephone number; for enrolled students, the institutional email is used indicating name, surname and student number in order to uniquely identify the student, speeding up the reply;
- front office desk: the previously requested documents can be collected reed by third parties provided they have a signed proxy and a copy of the identity documents of the delegate and delegator) During the covid-19 emergency period it is possible to come to the secretariat only by appointment by writing to the secretariat@unitus.it
